Data protection

Unless otherwise stated below, the provision of your personal data is neither required by law or contract, nor is it necessary for the conclusion of a contract.
You are not obliged to provide the data. Failure to provide has no consequences. This only applies if no other information is given in the subsequent processing operations.
The definitions of the terms “personal data” and “processing” used can be found in Art. 4 GDPR.

Access data

We, the website operator or page provider, collect data on access to the website on the basis of our legitimate interest (see Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f. GDPR) and save these as "log files" on the website's server. The following data is logged in this way:

    • amount of data sent in bytes,

Collection and processing of personal data when using the contact form

When you use the contact form, we collect the data you provide (surname, first name, email address and the message text). The data processing serves the sole purpose of establishing contact. By sending your message, you consent to the processing of the transmitted data. We use your email to process your request. When you use the contact form, we only collect your personal data (name, email address, message text) to the extent that you have made available. Your data will be processed on the basis of Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR with your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time by notifying us. The legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation remains unaffected. Your data will then be deleted if you have not consented to further use and processing.

Google Analytics

This website uses the "Google Analytics" service offered by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) to analyze website usage by users. Duration of storage

After the contract has been fully processed, the data is initially stored for the duration of the warranty period, then taking into account statutory, in particular tax and commercial retention periods, and then deleted after the deadline, unless you have consented to further processing and use.

Customer account

We collect personal data when you open a customer account. Mandatory fields are title, first name, cash on delivery, street, house number, zip code, city, country and email. You enter the password, but we cannot see it. We need the data to process your order, to ship your order, to improve your shopping experience and to simplify order processing.
The processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR with your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time by notifying us without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation. Your customer account will then be deleted.

Collection, processing and use of personal data when placing orders

When you place an order, we only collect and use your personal data insofar as this is necessary to fulfill and process your order and to process your inquiries.
The provision of the data is necessary for the conclusion of the contract. If the data is not provided, this means that no contract can be concluded.
The processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR and is necessary for the fulfillment of a contract with you. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.
Exceptions to this are our service partners, who we need to process the contractual relationship, or service providers whom we use for order processing. In addition to the recipients named in the respective clauses of this data protection declaration, these are, for example, recipients of the following categories: shipping service providers, payment service providers, merchandise management service providers, service providers for order processing, web hosters, IT service providers and dropshipping dealers. In all cases we strictly observe the legal requirements. The amount of data transmission is limited to a minimum.

Complaint to a supervisory authority

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your place of residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged violation, if you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data is against violates the GDPR.
The supervisory authority to which the complaint was lodged informs the complainant about the status and the results of the complaint, including the possibility of a judicial remedy in accordance with Art. 78 GDPR.

Rights of the data subject

If the legal requirements are met, you are entitled to the following rights under Articles 15 to 20 GDPR: the right to information, the right to correction, the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to deletion.
In addition, according to Art. 21 (1) GDPR, you have the right to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) f GDPR, as well as to processing for the purpose of direct mail.
